Plans and credits: common questions
When does Seedance 1.5 Pro Fast cost 5 credits?
A 5-second 720p video with audio costs 5 credits. With audio off it costs 3. Longer videos and 1080p cost more. Image-to-video and text-to-video use the same rate at matching settings.
How does a subscription differ from a one-time month?
Matching tiers include the same credits. Subscriptions renew automatically and cost about 33% less. A one-time month is a single payment for 30 days. Packs cost more per credit but give you 365 days to use them.
Do unused credits expire?
Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. One-time month credits expire after 30 days; packs after 365 days. Canceling a subscription does not shorten a purchased pack’s validity.
Can I use the same credits across Seedance models?
Yes. Choose another model in the generator dropdown and generate on the same page. Each model page starts with its own version. Your selected model and settings determine the credit cost.
Are credits returned when generation fails?
A confirmed failed video returns reserved credits to their original batch with the original expiry. Image requests may consume credits once submitted, even if they fail. Processing requests keep credits reserved while their result is checked.
