Refund policy

Eligibility
Request a refund within 3 days of payment. A payment is no longer eligible once any credits have been used. Processing fees are deducted from the refund. Mandatory applicable law takes precedence.
How to request a refund
Email contact@seedancer2.com with your account email, order number, payment date, and reason. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or sign-in tokens.
Processing time
We normally reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are normally processed within 24–48 hours; the time funds arrive depends on the payment provider.
Payment refunds and returned credits
Payment refunds concern the payment order. Reserved, consumed, and returned generation credits concern task billing and are handled separately.
